Noël Rosman, graduated in electronic in 1979 at the Bruxelles INRACI School, worked in the private Merlin-Gerin and April industry before joining the public research at LEPMI in 1990. He is in charge of the technical developments implying Raman spectroscopy: in situ cells, atmosphere monitoring, electrical measurements, and takes part in the servicing of the three Raman spectrometers of the group.
