Teaching support staff in the Packaging (PEC) department at the IUT of Chambéry (Technological Institute) : Teaching work in packaging materials characterization (approx. 60h ETD / year):
- Properties and characterization of packaging materials, mechanical and physico-chemical testing
Research activities
My research focuses on the surface properties of polymers, particularly superhydrophobicity. My aim is to impart functional properties to these surfaces via plastics manufacturing processes and to gain an understanding of the phenomena occurring at the interfaces.
This involves :
- designing, building and adapting experimental set-ups.
- carrying out tests
- processing raw data and determining relevant parameters (data modelling);
- valorisation of results (writing articles, preparing presentations and posters).
